It is a right of a child to study in child friendly schools that provides suitable learning opportunities. The effort to establish and promote complaint response mechanism in community schools is a noble effort initiated by the Government and Gender Equity Network (GEN). We extend our sincere thanks to Educational Pages and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), for entrusting us with the responsibility to conduct the study on Complaint Response Mechanism in schools. It was a great learning experience for the research team.
